HOW TO HAVE A STRONG IMMUNE SYSTEM

Hi, today. Lets ppl at. Human body immunity,
How can we improve immunity ?
What is immunity ?
What is he work of body immunity?

This article will help you know more ....
IMMUNE SYSTEM – HIDDEN WARRIORS WITHIN OUR BODY
Our body has an amazing mechanism built into it for our protection, called the Immune System.
Our immune system is a network of cells, molecules and organs which act as barriers against diseases. There are 10 times as many cells in our immune system as there are in our nervous system and they manufacture over 40 agents to protect us from disease. Few of these hidden warriors are tonsils, salivary glands, mucous membranes, thymus, spleen, bone marrow and the lymphatic system.
Powerful enough to be able to destroy deadly viruses and bacteria, the Immune system is also highly vulnerable and needs constant upkeep.

HOW OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM BECOMES WEAK
1.      HARMFUL FOODS – There is an important link between our food habits and immunity. 1 teaspoon of white sugar lowers the activity of white blood cells for 6 hours.  Fats & oils clog up blood vessels, slow down blood flow and obstruct the work of immune cells.  Artificial flavours and chemical additives which the human body cannot accept, contributes to lowered immunity.

 2.       DISEASE PRONE LIFESTYLE – Stress weakens the immune system. Intake of alcohol can strongly reduce the ability of white blood cells to kill germs. Inadequate sleep is one of the main causes of impaired immune function.

 3.        RADIATION – Excessive exposure to electromagnetic radiation from mobile phones, microwave, TV, computers can affect the growing tissues of the body and cause immune system damage.

 4.       ANTIBIOTICS & VACCINES - Antibiotics destroy not only the harmful bacteria but also the good bacteria that support the body’s immune system. They suppress the body’s ability to produce its own natural antibiotics. Vaccines have been responsible for triggering immune system suppression.

 5.     REMOVAL OF VITAL IMMUNE SYSTEM ORGANS – There has been an increase in the removal of tonsils, appendix and spleen. Tonsil is one of the first lines of defense against disease. Spleen helps to form white blood cells which are frontline warriors against infection. Removing the spleen means a stronger risk of infections.

 6.      UNNECESSARY SURGERIES AND CHEMOTHERAPY – Most surgeries and chemotherapy depress the immune system. With a depressed immune system, infections find an easier footing within the body.

HOW TO HAVE A STRONG IMMUNE SYSTEM

A healthy disease-free life is possible only if you have a healthy immune system. Building immunity is very simple.

  • 1.      Adopt healthy food habits. Wholesome nutrients from natural food sources play a major role in strengthening the immune system.

  • 2.       Make sure you get adequate hours of good quality sleep in darkness.

  • 3.       Minimize exposure to electromagnetic radiation by minimizing the usage of mobiles, computers and other electronic appliances. Remove them from the space you occupy when not needed. Keep phones, laptops, tablets, etc in a separate room while sleeping.

  • 4.      Avoid unnecessary drugs, antibiotics, vaccines, medical treatment and surgeries.

Cultivate a healthy lifestyle. Relaxation, Slowing down and Sleep are steps we can take to help our immune system.

Metal Joining Techniques

Thank you for choosing flamencoengineers.blogspot.com. We always work hard to keep you, entertained, informed and updated. welcome Soldering, brazing, and welding are all methods of joining two or more pieces of metal and selected other materials. They are also methods used to fill gaps in metal parts. In welding, the two metals (or thermoplastic) must be similar . For example, copper cannot be welded to steel.  Welding uses high temperatures to melt and join two metal parts. A filler metal is often used as well.  When properly done, the finished weld is as strong as the surrounding metal.  But if the process is not carried out and the welder applies too much heat, it can change the metal’s properties and weaken the weld.  There are several different types of welding, including metal inert gas (MIG), arc,  electron beam,  laser, and  stir friction. Welding is also widely used to slice apart large metal structures by melting through them.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BLAZING , SOLDERING AND WELDING

Hello , i was from a workshop technology class in kenya and students COULDN'T differentiate BRazing , s oldering and WELDING , lET me save the situation SOLDER Joining two metals together by melting a third filler metal between them; the two metals being joined do not melt. The filler metal (solder) melts at around 840 °F (450 °C). BRAZE Mechanically this is the same process as soldering. It can be distinguished from soldering by temperature: in brazing the filler metal melts above 840 °F (450 °C). Because of the higher temperatures a brazed joint is stronger than a soldered joint. WELD In this process two metals are joined by melting them together. Of these three methods welding involves the hottest temperatures and welded joints are the strongest. Keep this in mind as you move from soldering to brazing to welding: as the heat required for melting increases the strength of the joint also increases. OVERALL, DETERMINING W
